Admissions
A non-refundable application/waitlist fee of $100 is due once the daycare administrator has assigned a start date. This is a one-time, non-refundable charge. This fee reserves your child’s place in the selected class prior to finalizing enrollment or, if applicable, reserves your child’s place on our current waiting list. The application fee also covers your initial enrollment administrative costs. If a child is withdrawn and then re-enrolls later, a second enrollment fee may be expected.
The enrollment process includes:
Enroll with Brightwheel
Complete the interest/waitlist form in Brightwheel or by scanning the QR code below
Schedule a tour with the daycare director
If you would like to proceed with enrollment after your tour:
Complete an enrollment packet
Pay $100 registration fee - required to guarantee a spot.
Review the handbook and sign the enrollment agreement
Enroll in autopay for tuition payments through Brightwheel.
Before the first day of care, provide immunization records & medical forms, if applicable.
We offer both full-time and part-time care. Part-time enrollment is available for a minimum of 2 days per week, while full-time care is considered 5 days a week. Families have the flexibility to choose specific days for part-time attendance, but this schedule must remain consistent throughout the month. Enrollment priority is given to full-time applicants and siblings of current students.
Tuition
Tuition rates range from $720-$1600/month depending on the class and number of days requested.
Tuition payments are due on the first of each month through the Brightwheel app. Currently we do not accept state subsidy for childcare.
Waitlist
A waitlist will be formed when full enrollment has been reached in each classroom. The number of children in the daycare is governed by state licensing regulations. A family may join the waitlist by filling out a daycare interest form with basic information about the child. When a spot becomes available for the requested class, we will contact the family via email with the enrollment packet to proceed with enrollment. If we do not hear back within 3-5 business days from sending the enrollment packet, we will assume the family is not interested and contact the next person on the list.
